The CSI Group Names Rich Cannava to President & Partner

The CSI Group is pleased to announce the promotion of VP/Executive Producer Rich Cannava to the position of President & Partner. Cannava joined CSI in 2004 as a Video Editor & Motion Designer and throughout his career has demonstrated creative and technical proficiency and an emerging strength in communication, management and leadership skills. Most recently, Cannava managed the Video and Motion Design Department drawing from his extensive practical experience, working closely with production crews, editors and motion designers in a collaborative and effective way.

Putting creative leadership at the forefront is a direct reflection of the company's commitment to prioritize our client's work. In the ever-changing landscape of marketing and advertising, it's important to stay focused on deliverables and make sure every piece of creative content delivers the right message to the audience. Cannava succeeds CSI President and founder Kurt von Seekamm, who will be taking a step back but will remain on the board as Chairman. Kurt's dedication and pride will forever be at the heart of what CSI does.

Over the last 4 years as VP/Executive Producer, Cannava has helped fuel the agency's growth by building and solidifying relationships with the agency's most high-profile clients in a variety of industries and projects including video, traditional marketing, digital signage and immersive digital experiences. In his new role as President, Cannava will continue to help guide the agency's creative and work directly with clients, while running the company's daily operations and streamlining an inspired and cutting-edge direction for the future of The CSI Group.

"The way in which CSI has progressed over the years, it's a natural fit to have one of our creatives running the show. I've worked closely with Rich on the executive team for the past several years and am excited about the energy he brings. It is truly fulfilling to have someone from within the organization who has been with the company for over 12 years take the helm," said von Seekamm.
